dreams? I can help your dream become reality with three easy exercises that can
tighten and tone your arms in the comfort of your own home. Unfortunately, your on your own with the Vera Wang original. Here are a few
easy tips to help you accomplish your dream wedding. These exercises do not
require big bulky equipment, a chair, some dumbbells, and a little open space
will do the trick.
Exercise #1 a hammer
curl with a shoulder press. To do this
exercise slide to the front of your chair, tummy tight, and elbows pinched
tight to your side. Curl your dumbbells
to your shoulder, and then press them over your head. This exercise works your biceps, triceps, and
shoulders.
Exercise #2 triceps chair dips, to do this exercise slide to
the front of your chair with you’re hands down by your side on the chair
knuckles facing away from your body.
Slide your rear off of the chair, back nice and straight, and feet out
in front of you bend at the elbow dropping your rear, and push up with your
triceps, this exercise focuses on the triceps, but also works your
shoulders.
Exercise #3 bent over dumbbell rows,
this exercise works your biceps, back muscles, and your rear shoulder
muscles. Seated on the edge of your
chair bring your chest toward your knees, head up holding the dumbbells down by
your ankles, and in one single rowing motion pull the weights up toward your
hips squeezing your shoulder blades together.
There you have it the three exercises that will give you beautifully
tone arms.
If you commit to doing these three exercises three times a
week, you will start seeing results within 3 weeks. Here is a sample workout routine. I recommend
that you multi-set these exercises to maximize your results and time. Multi-set means to do each of these exercise
one after another with minimal or no break.
Do each exercise for 3-4 sets for 15-20
repetitions.
Workout routine:
3 sets x 15-20 repetitions Curl and
presses.
3 sets X 15-20 repetitions Triceps chair dips.
3 sets x 15-20 repetitions bend over rows.
After each round of exercises rest for 20-30 seconds and then
repeat the exercises.
If you want a full body workout that
will have you bikini ready for your honeymoon just include a leg exercise (i.e.
chair squats: stand up with your head up, chest back bend at the hip, and
lightly touch your rear to the seat and then repeat.), and an abdominal
exercise (crunches) to your routine.
Full Body routine:
3 sets x 15-20 repetitions of curl and
presses.
3 sets x 15-20 repetitions of chair
squats.
3 sets X 15-20 repetitions Triceps chair dips.
3 sets x 15-20 repetitions bend over rows.
3 sets x 20-25 repetitions of crunches.
There you have it, no more excuses! It’s
really that simple. The big day is quickly
